Latest Update News Singapore Poly” Singapore may just be 45 years old but our reservoirs date back to the late 1800s, when our first reservoir  was built. At launch of the ABC Waters programme at the Lower Seletar Reservoir on 27th June, I happen to speak to Mr. Sulaman, one of the visitors there. I was awed when he told me how he has been visiting the reservoir daily for almost 15 years! Reservoirs have always been a central part of Singapore, stemming from our lack of water resources. However, it is also fast becoming a part of our lifestyle. I find it amazing how water affects us in many ways, and on so many levels. That alone is enough reason for us to cherish our water resources by conserving our water . Do join the 10 litres a day challenge!
